**Q: What is the max weight capacity**
A: It's opens up to the same height as a normal set of steps,worth every penny.

**Q: What are the dimensions when closed please?**
A: From foot rubber to top 830 mm, width 500 mm and 70 mm depth. Fits in an average boot fully assembled and behind front seat closed. Used every day to assist elderly dog.

**Q: How wide are these steps when open?**
A: The width of the tread is 385 mm, the overall width is 500 mm. (our Labrador uses them to get into the car. They fold easily for the boot or behind the front seats. Hope this helps?

We bought this folding step for an elderly dog so he can get in and out the car. My mother has the aluminium ones as they are lighter. The only difference is the lightness of them however these are still really light.The only thing is that they are a little difficult to fold but that’s because I’m seriously uncoordinated. Otherwise really good.Also the Prime Delivery was vos Aztec Leisure. I emailed them to explain that I bought this for a dog who got diagnosed with lymphoma and we wanted to comfortable being him home from the vets (he is a massive breed). They got the item dispatched for me and delivered the next day even during Coronavirus. We have bought him home comfortably thanks to them.

    Sturdy pair of steps

Very quick delivery. Sturdy, easy to fold, a little heavier than expected but prefer that to a flimsy pair of folding steps. I bought these for my large dog to save him having to jump into the car. The fact that the actual steps are completely level, not sloping upwards makes the step feel more secure than another product I purchased last year.  Just what I have been looking for searchingg for 'dog steps', came upon these quite my accident and the 2 other reviewers who also purchsed for their dogs were very helpful
