However if you know the width of the window - the slats are 3.5 inch wide when flat against the window so divide the width of the window by 3.5 inches and that should give you the number of slats needed...alternatively you might contact the seller with your window dimensions and ask them... **Q: I need 24 pieces 199 cm lenght** A: please send us your order number please **Q: I need 117 replacement slats but it will only let me order 30 .... how do i sort this** A: phone the company they are very helpful **Q: I need replacement blinds from the ones I have as they are dirty and the bottom cord and plastic pieces are broken does it come with everything?** A: Yes come already set up just need to clip them into the top. Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by V***A on 2 March 2020* This was my 2nd order from Euroblinds having been impressed by a trial buy. As I put up my blinds I noticed that the clasp had broken so chain not attached to slat. I rang Euroblinds and a very helpful gentleman gave guidance so I was able to remove the weight and insert the weight from the spare slat with unbroken clasps. I did notice after the call that 2 other clasps had broken further down the chain. I used 2 weights from my old blinds and it's sorted. This must have just been a fluke as my previous order and other new set were perfect. Euroblinds, if possible...it would be great to have 2 new white weights as the ones I used from old blinds are now cream with age? I will recommend Euroblinds to everyone as not only are the blinds value for money, easy to install, speedy delivery but also friendly helpful staff via telephone. Whilst writing, an idea came to mind...lots of customers will have spare (although possibly discoloured) weights and hangers from old blinds. Is it possible as they are universal size, these could be recycled by you (if Freepost envelope sent with parcel) saving you purchasing new and Euroblinds could claim to be environmentally friendly..a unique selling point for a Blinds company?
