It just sits in place, which makes it feel a bit unstable during use. While it hasn’t caused any leaks or major issues yet, I do worry that a slight bump or tilt could cause it to dislodge. A more secure locking mechanism would really improve the design.If you’re looking for a reliable nebulizer and can deal with this minor flaw, it’s still a good choice. Just be cautious when handling the medicine cup to avoid spills.

Fairly easy to use, once you read all the instructions. It has a self cleaning mode which I really like and appreciate. My large nebulizer never did that. It's very small and it will be easy to carry with me.
