We bought it for our teenager and it meets all of his requirements. Even Dad got back into a work workout routine because of this unit. It came in I think five or six boxes and has the aluminum pulleys. We actually had one problem with one of the long bars that broke after our son dropped about 200 pounds down - the safety catch held, but it was too much for the weld at the bottom, but I contacted the Seller and within a day they arranged a replacement based on all the picture documentation we provided. My boys are super happy with this unit and have used it every day.
