I also love that you can do shoulder or crossbody super easily. the two inner pockets are deep and they have the loop for your keys. I also washed it and it was perfectly clean again after. It might be stiff but gets that slouchy look with wear or you can toss it in for a wash to soften it. No weird odors. I did get a jet tag to make the zipper easier to open since the zipper for me is small, but it works and functions perfectly! I have been considering getting a second one in a different color/design.
