This did not fall to short of these expectations but I do have a few point.1. The locking mechanism for the pins worked flawless for roughly the first month. While it doese have a cover for the key slot it failed to keep out mud and dirt so there was alot of wiggling to get the lock barrel to turn, not a big deal but a consideration.2. This is my fault but I lost the keys to the pin locking mechanism even though it comes with 4 keys that all work across the board. So I proceeded to cut the pins off with the intention of replacing it with a standard hitch pin. I found that this was extremely quick and easy to cut through these with a grinder. Not that I expected this to be difficult but it did leave me woundring why have the locks in the first place. I get minor deterants can stop theft but it was also a issue for me when I couldn't flip the ball 20 miles away from a grinder. Once again it was ultimately my fault but just also another consideration.3. The balls are coated thinly and rust quickly if left in the weather. Doesn't bother me per say but it doese bother my friend that has the same product.Ultimately the product works great and is exactly what I was hoping for.
