not sure, says only polyethylene

Q: Can I wear it in a pool?

I wear them cutting the grass, where I periodically hose myself off getting the bracelet wet.....they say they are waterproof so my answer would be YES!

Q: Can you wear them on your ankle?

Yes, the bands stretch quite well and it didn't squeeze too tight when I wore it around my ankle for an outdoor wedding.
