Review: As an artisan cheesemaker, I love reading books about cheese- go figure! This one is fantastic! The photos and descriptions of the cheeses are quite good, in fact I've even been able to figure out how some of them are made and make a few myself. The book is organized by region, so all you need to know is where the cheese is made and you'll probably find it in the pages. There are so many neat cheeses I'd never heard of before. Think I've read this book 4-5 times already!
