Im 5'3'' and weight 130 and have a very small waist. It adjust all the way down for me and fits perfect. It has plenty of holes to fit a larger woman. And I feel that even someone smaller than me could use it. It fits our dildo just right. I was worried about the small O-ring but it works just right for our large dildo.
