Review: Good book. It works. - I was using this book and also watching some if the author's videos on YouTube...and getting noticeable results. Then life happened and I got out of the routine. I will pick it up again soon because I am convinced this process works, but consistent practice is essential, and that has been my trouble. I think a belief in the body's (or God's) ability to heal is important also. Many conditions considered by "modern medicine" to be chronic or permanent are not. Medicine is not at a high state of development, in my opinion, but rather in its infancy. The body's ability to adapt and heal is underestimated.

I was using this book and also watching some if the author's videos on YouTube...and getting noticeable results. Then life happened and I got out of the routine. I will pick it up again soon because I am convinced this process works, but consistent practice is essential, and that has been my trouble. I think a belief in the body's (or God's) ability to heal is important also. Many conditions considered by "modern medicine" to be chronic or permanent are not. Medicine is not at a high state of development, in my opinion, but rather in its infancy. The body's ability to adapt and heal is underestimated.

Good book with lots of research behind it. Since it has come out, people have noticed that eye improvement can be achieved much quicker with faster results than is stated in the book. It amounts to doing about ten minutes of eye exercises a day, and occasionally through out the day while thinking about it, like waiting for the light to change, or waiting for the train to pass or other minute gobblers.
