I thought I'd give them a try as I'd seen some drops advertised which claimed to give you a tan. They were expensive so I looked at what the main ingredient was and found these supplements. I've trialled them for a couple of months and I now have a lovely tan. I'm naturally quite pale and fair-haired, but these have given me a lovely golden colour.
