Because of nasty taste I couldn't keep them down.
I never had a chance to really find out if they work because the taste was so bad, tasted like dirt. I even tried putting them way back in my throat I couldn't keep them down. After only 2 1/2 days and throwing them up every time I gave up. I was really disappointed after what I had read what Leptin can do for you.

Surprisingly effective
I was a bit surprised at how effective this was in making me feel full longer and reduce cravings. I was having difficulties binging at night and craving crab heavy meals and this has helped significantly. I’m impressed!
