If your existing trailer ball hitch receiver is janky, replace it with this.
On our small 5x8 trailer the receiver ball hitch was rusted and we had to hit it with a hammer to get it to lock. We got tired of this and started doing research expecting to pay an arm and a leg to replace it. We were pleasantly surprised at the price, the ease of installation, the quality compared to the ancient one we were removing. This item locks like butter.. no hammer needed! The alignment was perfect and no additional holes had to be drilled. One suggestion would be is to make sure you have grade 8 bolts/nuts or higher. Also, thread lock (red color) is highly suggested so no bolts back out while towing.

This would be a five star review if it came with attachment nuts and bolts. Works perfect on my wood hauler which I haul with my four wheeler, much better hook up than a pin hitch for heavy loads.
