## Questions & Answers

**Q: After the tip of the individual drop container has been removed, can it be replaced? Does it pop back on?**
A: Yes, the cap can be put back on. (My optometrist confirmed this was okay to do following laser eye surgery.)

Usually I can get 4 drops from each vial, but this varies. The one issue is that sometimes when there is not much liquid left in a vial, it will get "stuck" and not drop when squeezed; at these times, tapping the vial gently helps.

**Q: Can you use these on top of contacts lens?**
A: I wear scleral lenses and put 2 drops of this inside the bowl of the lens and then add saline per my Dr.  Helps with fogging and comfort. Don't know about soft contacts but these def won't hurt the has permeable type.

**Q: Can i use it for long time?**
A: According to my doctor it can be used for long periods. I have been using it for a year three to four times each day.

**Q: can i use it with eye contacts on？**
A: Yes, I have used them with my RGP lenses. FTR, this is from Refresh's own website (below)...

Wonderful eye drops to soothe dry eyes. Recommended by my eye doctor. No preservatives so easy on the eyes. They are very soothing, no burning. Your eyes feel great after using them. Since they are natural and matches your eye’s tears, you can use them as often as necessary. I needed them more often after cataract surgery as my eyes tended to get more dry. Also staring at your phone or computer screen dries out the eyes. This is the only brand I would ever buy. They are expensive but worth it. Very easy to put in your eye. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sensitive Eye Savior

I’ve purchased this several times. Whenever seasonal pollen or dust spikes, my eyes become irritated. Standard bottled eye drops contain chemical preservatives that can cause a burning sensation so if you have sensitive eyes the Refresh Plus drops skip those chemicals entirely. I experience zero stinging. It provides instant, cooling relief. Each dose comes in a tiny single-use vial. There is easily enough fluid for two or three uses, so you’ll probably be tempted to save the leftovers. Just Don't. Because there are no preservatives to kill bacteria and an opened vial becomes a germ risk fast. Open, drop, and immediately toss it. Highly effective for mild allergen relief. Just accept that you must discard the leftover drops and be happy with the convenience - I sure am!
