She is accosted by a clown (Daniel Skinner) who makes cuffs from string balloons. The clown is taken out by our star, Officer Mary (Heather Hall) who apparently has a history of violence. She is recommend for a special program to control her PMS symptoms. The program doesn't work out and Mary (Cindy Means) goes Uma Thurman all over them in bloody, poorly choreographed violence. Unfortunately the film was so low budget that once they went into one building, they stayed there, limiting their ability to create good scenes.Acting left much to be desired too.Guide: F-bomb. I'm not sure if there wasn't a body double for the chick in the shower scene at the start of the movie. I can't begin to point out all the crap and mistakes of this movie... But I will give a few of the Low Points. The shower scene in the beginning had a sexy body taking a shower, but I don't think the body was of the fem who played the victim of the "Scooby Doo clown". The body, though smokin', was older then the girl playing the victim. THEN; It goes down hill from there. The "PMS Cop was cute, but not the same one played in the lab. First she was taller, had longer hair, then you see the supposed pms cop, deep throating a bottle of booze in the elevator, and wearing a lab coat. Apparently a Doctor now. Did the morons making the movie think we would not notice a 8 in height difference and longer hair? I think the chick in the shower was the killer in the lab. Same body... And what's up with the Alice Cooper make-up? Don't forget the inane Russian accent. So many holes in this flick. A syringe with no needle and gets jabbed into the bad accented doctor, REALLY? Couldn't any of the crew have figured out the simple things? Alice Cooper make-up to show a Change, no needle, a different actress playing the same part, and a computer dude who talks to himself. Give me a break. I only watched this to see all the crappy thing in the movie.
