KAVU Mini Rope Sling Pack with Adjustable Rope Shoulder Strap

I have both the smaller and larger size of this bag and swap back and forth depending on my day. I originally received the larger sized KAVU bag as a gift and immediately quit carrying a purse in favor of this crossbody bag. The zip pouch in front is perfectly sized for my phone and the two side zipped areas are large enough to carry the other items I usually have with me (keys, wallet, sunglasses, etc) when I leave the house. I got the smaller bag for my sister as a gift and decided to get one for myself too as I wanted something for when I traveled as a companion to a backpack. The zip pouch on the smaller bag is not quite large enough to hold my phone - I need to put it in one of the side zipped areas. Also - as a note - both bags I have are the canvas-y type of material and they wash up nice. There are a TON of color/pattern choices and the craftmanship is great!

I bought one for myself after seeing my wife's Kavu bag. Really like how sturdy they are, how light, and how many pockets they have. I got it to use for Conventions, Renn Faires, and LARPing. Plenty of storage and worked great for that. The solid color Kavu Mini I got was unobtrusive enough to not be anachronistic looking for such uses.Unfortunately one late night after loading up my car after an event, I left mine on the hood of my car. It fell off on my ride home. I liked the bag enough that I went up and down the roads I traveled twice to try and find it, but it was no where to be found. Probably making someone else happy now.The bag was so good that I'm willing to swallow the price tag (about the only thing I don't like about these is how expensive they are compared to other sling bags) to buy a replacement.

This bag is the perfect mix between a fanny pack and backpack. I’ve always used fanny packs because I like compact bags that I can wear crossbody style, but I’ve always wanted the versatility of a backpack (most fanny packs don’t have enough pockets/compartments), but I’ve never liked the idea of wearing a backpack in the traditional sense of one strap over each shoulder. This bag is the best blend of the two - compact enough that it feels like a fanny pack (a little bulky to wear in the front though), it’s worn crossbody, yet it’s got the space and pockets of a backpack. The Velcro pocket is a little funny shaped, but I’m using it to hold my lotion/chapstick/etc. while using the zippered pouch below for easy access to my keys.I’m using it as my everyday bag/purse and it’s perfect for my usual things as well as storing some granola bars, a small water bottle, or even if I wanted to bring along the book I’m reading.I can’t recommend this bag enough and I’m so so so happy with it!

I bought this for travel and ended up using it all the time. Very comfortable on and everything is secure. Very durable. Made out of canvas.

I like the bag... But, I keep my card holder in the top velcro pocket. The velcro is kind of weak and I wish velcro piece was larger and better at keeping the pocket closed. We will see how long the pocket velcro lasts. TBD

Love this bag! It comes w 2 main pockets and a few little ones to hold all your stuff! I use it to shop, walk the dogs, and hike! Super versatile and stylish
