So when I initially bought these. I somehow got the wrong ones. I have flat feet and I bought the medium ones and I should’ve gotten the low profile ones for low to no arches. So initially the wrong ones caused so much pain and soreness that I could barely walk due to plantar fasciitis. Fast forward, I realized my mistake. Now I bought the correct ones and my pain isn’t completely gone but much better. Wish they were not so pricey so I could purchase more for multiple shoes but it’s a minor inconvenience to just change these one pair into my shoes I’m wearing for the day. Worth the money honey, buy them!

These inserts are the only brand I use. I’ve bought these over and over again and they have proven to ease any foot pain. I walk about 7 miles daily and have been getting about one year’s usage out of these inserts. Originally, I went to a Running Shoe store and was fitted for this specific model. They are easy to use and I know that these fit my shoe (Hoka Gaviotta 5 in size 12) . They provide extra arch support way beyond what the standard Hoka inserts provide. They are thin so my shoes fit without any issues and my feet remain healthy and relatively pain-free.

Put these under the heading “you get what you pay for”.If you are suffering with that stabbing pain called “plantar fasciitis”, and the idea of having a cortisone shot into the bottom of your foot is unappealing (trust me, it’s not the end of the world, but it’s not fun either), buy a set of these.Honestly, I had the cortisone shots. The doctor told me unless I changed “something” with my footwear, I would be getting more shots in the future. Well worth the price, but realize they DO need to be replaced.

I had problem with first delivery, but they made good on it. I used the shoes with the inserts for 3 different runs 5, 7, 9 miles run, I felt really good, no aches or discomfort. I have a rotation of shoes but looking forward to the ones with the insert the most.

Provides great support. I run alot for work and I pair them with my vapor glove 7 I wanna say from Merrell which are minimalist style running shoes. It helps with my knee pain when I go past two miles.

My husband swears by these insoles. He says they make his shoes much more comfortable. He is flat footed and says they give the support he needs. They are not too thick and fit into shoes comfortably.
