Best Bands
I've used the rubber tube versions of resistance bands for years. These are far superior. The quality of all the materials of the various pieces - from the bands and handles to the door anchor and ankle straps - is top notch. I love the fabric bands over the rubber tubes. Much more comfortable when standing on them for certain exercises, and much nicer on the skin if they rub across your body when doing presses. Love that the bands are numbered for the 'weight' you're lifting, and they they provide a higher level of resistance than the tubes. The main selling point for me was the replacement bands; I couldn't find any company that just sold the band without having to buy the whole kit. With this kit, you can buy individual bands from BeMaxx to replace worn out ones or add more weight. Simply, the best bands I've ever used. Worth the higher price. Only downside: if you're using them to workout while traveling, they are a bit heavier in your suitcase. Not a deal breaker. Still 5 stars.

super well made, a surprisingly good replacement for weights
I live in a small apartment with a communal gym that has since closed due to the ongoing pandemic. For 2 months I simply did not work out, but that became really wearing over time. I was not expecting these bands to be such a good replacement for weights, and I'll certainly be packing them when I travel for work after the lockdown. It took only a little time to take my existing routines and work out analogues based on the exercises explained in the notecard with the bands. The rubber smells a little (as I found out later, indicating how good the rubber is) but is super solid and the hardware doesn't look like it'll give up even after a lot of mistreatment. The most annoying part of using these bands is that, ideally you want the tension to start at the point in which you engage the muscle you want to work out. In more concrete terms, if you just stand on the bands and pull up, the bands won't start to stretch until you've gotten maybe halfway through the movement, which gets you a bad workout. As a result, the guides show standing with your legs further apart until the bands are under tension at the point you start the action. The tricky thing with this is in reality, it'll ruin your form if you try to do this with some very low down exercises like deadlifts or rows -- so I've been using this technique where I put my feet on the bands where they need to be, then shuffle my feet together until I'm in a comfortable stance, which makes a loop of excess rubber in the middle. The downside on this is it's extremely annoying, especially with higher weights to have to do this every time you change bands, and if you're not on a grippy surface, the bands will slip. It'd be great to see a mechanism for securing the bands in a way that shortens them instead of this. After I bought these, I bought what I thought was a second load so I could increase weight but it turned out to be a knock-off, so beware!

Bands worth considering
So far so good. However it’s very early days into use of bands so time will tell how long they last. But so far very durable.Very portable with good functionality and good variation on resistance levels.

Good quality fabric resistance bands
I bought these resistance bands about 3 months ago and use them once a week in line with other exercise routines.I can't fault them at the moment as they are seem to be durable and strong, especially as they are the elasticated fabric type, the cost was a little higher but given the reviews on the rubberised one I think I've invested well. They come in 5 different colours all representing different resistance, so you can mix and match to suit the exercises your doing.I would reccomend these bands.

Good stuff
A great value set of resistance bands that look and feel robust, with good quality anchors, handles and cuffs. Durability will become clear once they've had some use, but I fully expect them to live up to expectations. Download handbook gives plenty of useful information in clear, easy to understand language. Diagrams of exercise set up and suggested programmes look excellent. Follow up from the company has also been impressive.I'm looking forward to my body looking as good as the guy on page 34!!!

Fabric bands - good quality but not the most stretchy
Great quality however be aware that these don’t stretch as much as much as rubber bands so unfortunately, range of movement is somewhat restricted.
