The nice neck pillow. Great for traveling. Used it in the car,on abus, and on a train. Lost my first one and ordered two more. It is great as a donut seat,side front and side pillow. It’s the greatest and it travels well on your on the handle of your back it is a must have.

Works well. Not quite as comfortable as I thought it would be.

This is my 3rd total pillow, the 1st I left at a resort and was so upset so I purchased the 2nd and my niece borrowed it and I never saw it again this is my 3rd and I put this one inside my carry on so I can always have it. It is a great pillow makes my travel time so comfortable supports my kneck and you can set it however you like. I curve mine like a sandwich and put it right in the crook of my kneck and viola magic

I like it alright. I got it to help heal a helix (ear cartilage) piercing, and it definitely does help with that.I got it for $15, but it feels more like a $9.99 at the grocery store kind of item. One side is more plush while the other is smooth. The annoying thing is that if my cat even ONCE gets a nail caught, i feel like all the little beads inside will spill out. It's fine so far, but my cat does sometimes claw on my regular pillow a little (which is why i use cheap pillow cases) so it'll probably happen before too long.i'm not too picky about pillows in terms of softness - if i can fall asleep on it, it's fine for comfort. it doesn't feel like a rock, but it IS a pillow with a hole in the middle so it won't feel exactly the same as a regular pillow. i slept on it last night and my ear piercing has absolutely no irritation, so in terms of what i wanted, i got it. it's comfortable enough for what it is. It CAN sometimes get a little flat to where my ear is touching the bed (just BARELY), but I have so far been able to move it around and fix it. Not sure if this will be a problem in the future, if the beads get flat or something, but it seems okay so far and i've used nightly it for several months.it does what i want, but it doesn't feel like it's worth the $20 it now costs (at the time of writing). I feel like memory foam would've been a better option for me, because if my cat scratches memory foam it won't spill out and be useless.... but I couldn't find a donut pillow made of memory foam at the time of purchase (or at least one that was a similar price?). That's my fault, because I ordered something that may not have been the best match for me, so I'm leaving this at 4 stars - overall, it's good.it hasn't fallen apart yet but that's probably because i hide it from my cat unless im currently sleeping on it, so she hasn't had the opportunity loli would buy it again if the price came down to the $12 range, if it rips from my cat clawing at it or if i need a spare, but i would probably look harder for an alternative first.

I actually have three of these wonderful pillows. I always keep at least one with me. Especially when traveling.

No stars opened it up on the way to the airport and it exploded all this white stuff everywhere. Wasn’t able to return since I was out of the country and left the destroyed thing in a plastic bag

I don’t know yet if I will be able to get more comfortable with this after my shoulder replacement tomorrow. It didn’t feel good behind my head in the recliner, but it did seem like it would be useful for padding and comfort under my surgical arm. I’m sure I’ll use it to prop up my arm in the recliner. It does bend in half, so will work if I need it higher. The fabric covering is very soft, velvety and comfortable. It’s a high quality product. I wouldn’t take it on an airplane. It’s too bulky for me. I prefer the inflatable neck pillows so I can deflate it and put it in my purse when I get off if the plane. With shoulder surgery, I’m going to want to travel as lightly as possible. When recovered, I’m traveling for 2 months overseas and packing space will be minimal. I usually take a 50 lb. suitcase and a carryon and I still wouldn’t want something this bulky to carry on trains to my destination. After surgery, I am allowed to lift 25 pounds so I doubt I’ll take any neck pillow. If you need one for travel or as a reclining passenger in a car, it would be fabulous. Your head will sit right in that hole in the middle. I recommend it.

I have been buying the Total Pillows for years. I had a blue one, that unfortunately jumped in front of my wheelchair & got run over! I sewed it in several places, and it still helps support my neck. I decided to buy a new one, as my blue one is a little sad looking. I love my new purple one! By the way, It will loosen up and not be as firm with repeated use. I had an injury to my neck years ago, and need extra support under it. The Total Pillow gives it the perfect support!
