Fabulous fiber
Such a great product, very filling, works great & easy to mix.

Hard to Use
These fiber granules are very plumping, meaning they swell significantly with liquid contact. I purchased the powder rather than the capsules because I had been using another brand of fiber and it dissolved very nicely in liquid and was easily ingested. This product does not dissolve in liquid. It grows into a flavorless, thick mass that has to be eaten. Therefore, it should be very effective if you can get it to your stomach before it swells. That's impossible in powdered form. I will buy the capsules going forward.

Pricey but very helpful
Helps my weight loss by keeping me full. Extra fluids are a must, though. Wish it wasn't so pricey but I haven't found anything else that works as well.

Clumpy and hard to drink in a liquid
I purchased am this expecting to be able to mix with water but it forms a big gelatinous blob, hard to drink. I’ve had other brands that work better.
