The screen is touching your keyboard when it is closed. There's no avoiding that. So either you always clean the keys or always clean the screen of the MacBook Pro your choice. My eyes are always looking at the screen so the less I need to clean the less I need to worry about.4. Cleaning a Matte Screen protector is much easier than cleaning a glossy screen. Just give it a good wipe and almost everything that was on it before comes right off.Tips on installation1) Be absolutely patient when cleaning your screen prior to the application!2) Be in a brightly lit area where you can see the screen from multiple angles.3) Clean the screen prior to application thoroughly.4) Wait a few seconds after you are done cleaning the screen to let the surrounding air particles settle. This is a very nice set of screen protectors. As promised, it is anti-glare, and fits the screen of my new macbook perfectly. I found it quite easy to apply, though it does, initially, have quite a lot of bubbles to work out. Best of all: it has not diminished the clarity of my screen at all. You can tell that the screen protector is there - it is anti-glare because the surface is distinctly matte, rather than shiny, like the screen - the difference is texture is visible, if you look closely, but it does not interfere with the clarity of the image at all. I also like that it is a pack of 3 protectors, which means that the pack will probably last as long as the laptop itself! I highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited for this screen protector and I love the look it provides and the texture it has on my screen. I own a Macbook pro 2015 13in and this has 3 screen protectors very convenient. The only thing is, the alignment with camera is difficult. I had to redo it several times to make it fit decently and as you can see, it does slightly cover the camera but it does not change anything on the view. It was a struggle to align it and match it to the sides as well. I wish there was a better way to line them up as you can see i have some space on my left and perfectly fit on my right so I am unsure if it matches perfectly or not. This is a good deal if you really are precise in application... if not... good luck!Also i didnt use the cloth they game, use rubbing alcohol wipes or lens cleanser because that'll keep it really clean before application. the cloth is too smudgy on my screen. used my student id to help remove bubbles before peeling the 2nd layer off.

Well, my MBP Retina from mid-2014 had the infamous anti-glare coating delamination issue and it just got worse and worse. Since I was no longer in the Apple repair window (which lasted 4 years), I decided to just take the rest of the layer off as well as I could. After taking it off, the screen was a bit shiny but also had a little bit of residue left over that left the screen a bit marked up, not to mention that it was now glossy.Enter this screen protector. It claims to be anti-glare from the matte finish, cut to size, and probably would've covered up some of the blemishes left, so I took a chance. I just received and installed it and I'm very happy with it - it's cut to the right size (just a hair smaller than the screen) and has a cutout for the front facing camera for full visibility. The hardest part is cleaning the screen off so that no dust is left underneath during the install. I suggest using the tape-hinge method, which helped me to line up the protector as I was peeling off the adhesive side. There were quite a few bubbles left, but I left the computer for about an hour, came back to it and then used a microfiber cloth to squeeze the bubbles out.All in all, it's a great purchase and I'm happy that there are 3 total. This makes my screen look way better than it actually is and will let me tolerate the screen for a few more years!

Love this screen protector! It makes the screen completely matte! Beautiful and a life-saver for my eyes! Sometimes the glare on my laptop gets so bad in combination with my glasses that I get a headache. This screen protector makes the early 2015 macbook pro 13" look just like the screens on the newer macbook pros which are manufactured matte! Wonderful and super exciting! Simply take your time with putting during the application process. I managed to do it with no air bubbles on the first attempt but I did have to readjust it about 6 times to make sure it was absolutely fitted on the screen correctly. Tip of advice - peel the applicator layer gradually and slowly that way you can give yourself leverage to readjust the protector if you need to start all over!
