I just had a chin liposuction and this head garment is super comfortable while I am healing. It has a big enough space in the back for my ponytail. I tried another head garment right after my surgery, but it didn't fit well and was not comfortable. I found this on Amazon and am happily surprised with how well it fit me and how comfortable it felt.

Velcro on the swollen neck/chin=VERY BAD IDEA. It feels like razor blades. Buy one that velcros at the top of the head.

I tried it on as pictured and the velcro edges scratched my skin on my neck immediately and would be extremely irritating to wear for any length of time. My head is small enough that I was able to reverse it by slipping it over my head and then tightening the velcro on top of my head. Reversed like this, it works great and is super comfortable. The fabric is soft and stretchy, it provides good compression, is easy to put a ponytail through the back, and stays in place. I do wish the horizontal band didn't cover my ears, but it's not irritating and likely why this is so comfortable and stays in place.

The velcro would rub up against my face and I would have to keep adjusting it. So for me it was just ok.

Expensive for what you get so when the Velcro doesn’t come attached to the strap and I have to try to sew it on- what the heck. I had to keep it but wish you’d get what you pay for.

Sturdy, high quality materials. I had to recover from surgery on the side of my neck and they worked amazingly well.

I think the fit, particularly the Nylon uncomfortable fabric and above all that Velcro part right under chin was such nuisance, and I couldn’t bear that
