Q: I've never used msg before. for most recipes, will i just sprinkle it in (or on) like salt, or do i measure it out, like in teaspoons or tablespoons?

i usually just treat it like salt and add it to taste. you want to do it earlier on in your cooking so it has time to desolve otherwise you'll have some crunchy bits

If you read at the top of the Amazon page it says, "This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement." So I would contact them about a refund or a replacement if it is not in the package, the seal is broken or the bottle is broken. The good thing is you wouldn't have to go through the hassle of returning it.
