This 2 1/2 inch diameter 20 foot length hose was exactly what I needed to clean out my metal dryer vent duct. I bought this on Amazon along with a Craftsman CMXEVBE17607, 16 Gallon, 6.5 Peak HP wet and dry vacuum that replaced a 35 year old shop vac. The hose is heavy duty and the included adapters made it easy to attach to the shop vac. The long hose length enabled me to clean most of the lint that was inside the duct without a mess spilling onto my lawn. I also found the 20 foot hose length made clean up in my garage and my car a lot easier than dragging around a shop vacuum with a shorter hose.

Hose fit my vacuum perfectly and not only that but with the different end pieces, I was able to repair the old hose so now I have two hoses at my disposal

Seems like some give low ratings for this hose. It seems to work very well, but, one needs to be careful because of the 13 foot length. Seems like it will work very well, if you are careful not to kink it. Probably not the quality of the old Craftsman hoses. Only one of the attachments is useful for my use. It works perfect to hook up to the bucket and works with all the attachments. Not sure what to do with the other pieces? Used with caution, this should serve very well.

This is a very nice hose. Tool end has a swivel and worked with my favorite tool from my 25 year old craftsman vac. None of the attachments on the vacuum side fit well on my new Dewalt. The original vacuum side attachment swivels, none of the ones with this kit do. On each end of this hose there is ribbing (I guess you would call it) that is about 3 inches for the attachment, then there is a bout 9 inches of a more kink resistant ribbing. It is possible to cut off that 1 foot section and install your original Dewalt attachment. It’s a bear to get it on but it works and you get swivel at both ends of this 20ft hose. Highly recommended product if you have some strong hands.

Great fit !! I have a older 16 gal Craftsman shop vac that still works good but I got tired of duct taping it together. I odreder this and with the adapter's they supply it fit and worked great. Ordered a second hose so now I don't have to worry about making sure that I am near a electrical outlet. A good buy.
