Q: Some pictures show modest leg cuts and others show a higher cut. Does this cover the buttocks well?

I think it does. I’m 70, 150 lbs and long waisted and purchased the 10-12 lg. I’m not falling out the back at all. It’s a good fit but for the bosom. Not really set up for larger busts. The cups are very small. Since I’m not falling out of it I’m wearing it to the Y so going with it. Also, I didn’t get the one pictured here, I got B blue. I hope this helps on your decision. It really is pretty and comfortable to wear.

Q: Would this suit support a large breasted woman?

I don’t think so. It’d be just the tightness of the fabric providing support.
