I ordered this Symphony cooler with high expectations, but it has been a complete disappointment. It does not cool at all, even after following all instructions properly. What’s more frustrating is that Amazon is not supporting the return request, nor are they providing any helpful details of the manufacturer or seller to resolve the issue. I feel stuck with a useless product. Would not recommend this to anyone – poor product and even poorer customer service.

The media could not be loaded. The product is absolutely fine and without any damages. Cool looking cooler with good aur quality and conditioning. Working well and worth the price. No unwanted noise. Easy to full water.

Below are observations:Good things first 👍:-------------------------1. Compact in size.2. Decent cooling with ventilation.3. Decent power cord length.Improvements ✍️:----------------------1. Legs given for castor wheels are dangerous in a way - while you are walking by side you have to be watchful otherwise your finger tips will bleed 🩸🩸🩸2. Somehow the blower air comes out of only 30% of the grid (I have recently bought Crompton Neo 35 which is far more efficient in this point).Did not like 👎:------------------1. There is no way you can find whether tank is full or not - there is a mid way level indicator on front but it won't be sufficient for full night - if you want to do a tank full the have your wipe a side.2. Blower air comes out from back (near water filling area it may be one in case but this is not expected from likes of symphony).3. No ICE tray & Water filling tray is not so good - spilling of water is assured while filling it.Verdict ✔️:-------------1. One of the good options in market for personal air cooler category.2. Caster wheelbase is troublesome may cause injuries.3. Decent blower - couple with ventilation gives good cooling.4. There are other strong contenders like Crompton doing decent job.

Wast of money ,very bad product,it is not working,cooler parts is not good quality very poor quality parts ,no body buy this cooler, we are cheating to tha people ,i lose money ,i am feeling very sad ,please dont cheat people because we are middile class family can u understand my situation

The media could not be loaded. I am returning on the day 1.Cooling is not efficient. Person standing immediately at the front only receives air. Not much cool air also. Design is bad. Water leaking

After 10 days of usage, flash of fire is coming out from motor and electric shock is causing, and water is leaking from the bottom , and stopped working, very worse experience I faced with symphony, registia complaint , need to see how the support will works,Even if they do some repair now, who have guarantee if it work after 1 yr waranty I dnt think soo, waste of purchase
