6-Inch USB Extension Cable, 90-Degree USB 3.0 Male to Female, Short USB A Down Angle Cable Black

This is the perfect cable adapter for my needs. It is durable and works great,

female end is a bit loose and connections seem flaky but has worked fine. Male end good/snug. Dont expect that to last too long or do too much but was really affordable and is doing the job.

Using on my stereo to power USB fans (to cool stereo). The 90 degree angle is exactly what I wanted so the wire wouldn't be sticking out. Has been running for 6 months with no problem.

I needed a right angle down to put it in my car to try to hide a usb cable from my dash camera. Unfortunately, I think I need the 270° and not 90° which means the usb cord goes up instead of down. I wanted to return this but it’s not returnable for some reason so I’m stuck with a cable I can’t use. I didn’t even think about the usb cable being the wrong direction when reading the description. If your usb is going the direction shown in my photo, this product is NOT what you want. I’ve ordered the 270° from another vendor hoping that’s what I need.

I purchased 2 of these.Am using one in the console compartment of my car so the charging cable doesn't stick straight out into the compartment. Plugging my normal phone charger into the usb port in the compartment, meant that the cable stuck straight out into the middle of the compartment. This angled extension, means the cable now takes up virtually no space in the compartment because it lays straight up vertically instead of sticking out into the middle.I'm using the other one to make access to the usb port on the side of my tv easier to access.Simple little accessory that proves that it's the small things that often make a huge difference.

I bought this cable to use with my USB capable outlets (http://amzn.com/B00J3PMU4C) so that I could hide the outlets behind furniture without worry of damaging the USB connector.I have not used these to try and connect to my computer, so I cant testify to their function in that task. However, simply to tuck my dressers closer to the wall without damaging the USB connector, these work fine. I have no problems powering my iphone and girlfriends Galaxy s5.Update 11/12/2015:While using this with my Iphone 6, I have started to find I get the dreaded "accessory not supported" warning on my phone. The same seems to be happening with my girlfriends Galaxy S5, so we have had to stop using them since our phones weren't charging properly. I loved the idea of a right angle USB dongle because it works perfectly with my USB enabled wall sockets, but since the phones aren't playing nice...its out.I never bought these with the intention of using them with USB devices on my PC, but since the problems with my phones came up, I decided to test it. Low and behold, i was unable to read from a thumb drive through this adapter. I had no problems with the drive connected directly. I should have tested that in the first place to be thorough with my review, but hopefully this update reaches enough people. DON'T BUY THIS ADAPTER. I have adjusted my rating to one star accordingly.

It works OK with wifi adapter, but from time to time, when I start my laptop, it does not work. I have to unplug and then plug in. No good.
