Fabulous printer. It was a refurbished printer which didn't bother me at all, because I knew it meant HP did a deep dive into every aspect of it and made sure it was in tip top condition. And it is! It works perfectly and better than my previous HP inkjet printer which I had for more than 10 years. The printouts in color were crystal clear and the colors were vivid.

Perfect for home office. Cheap, but well made. Have been using it for over a year without any issues. Wireless connection works well.

With no owner's manual it was difficult to get all the info I needed to complete the set-up phase. I downloaded HP Connect as instructed. Unfortunately, because this particular model was not on the list of HP Connect printers it got very frustrating. Some other YouTube videos helped show me how to print the Information and Using Wifi Direct sheets. There was a problem, though, with the default password during the Set Up process. Nothing worked. Finally a QR code option came up but I didn't have another phone or camera to take a picture of the QR code, as instructed, so it wasn't until a few days later that I was able to connect. But.... I could not make the device print using a 'share' command (converted to Pdf), only the 'print' command from my photo gallery (which uses ink to print the background if I screenshot a form, for example).My wifi direct signal is weak, also, so sometimes the printer is Ready/Connected but by the time I use my phone to get to the document the printer is off-line already.Because I can't use HP Connect without getting passed the Password phase I do not have the full benefits of the printer's abilities.Difficult, overall.

Wanted to love this printer, it’s a great size for my small space, compatible with the HP instant ink subscription, and perfect for basic household use. Unfortunately, it’s never worked reliably.Setup is a glitchy nightmare and although it touts being wireless the ultimate fix was a hard connection to my computer. I eventually managed a wifi connection but it consistently drops it and is unrecognized by any of my devices showing frequently as “unavailable” even though it’s powered on and everything is connected and functioning.Slow print time, guzzles ink, and poor print quality for even basic documents. Frequent paper misfeeds and paper jams.After months of troubleshooting and going round with HP directly, searching for internet hacks and fixes I finally sought help for a refund/replacement from this seller. But I’m just outside of the 90 day support window so they won’t touch it.I’m out of luck and up a creek with a pricey piece of equipment that hasn’t worked well since day one. While waiting for a response from the seller I purchased a similarly priced Epson, it was up and running and printing beautifully within 15 minutes which leads me to believe my issues with this HP are not user error.Don’t be duped, this printer isn’t worth it.

Excellent for truckers

This does the job, or so I thought until I really needed it. Don't waste your time on useless Virtual chat and HP Smart Doctor. You will run in circles for hours re-installing new drivers, updates etc. Go straight to live support and let a tech troubleshoot via CHAT. I am updating THIS review solely because of Nichola, the tech who figured out the problem on two devices simultaneously. He is an absolute rockstar.The printer/scanner is lightweight, affordable with adequate print quality. The scanner is one page at a time and the dialogue window got easier as I worked with it. Again, it works for documents slowly but it does the job and you have a multi-page pdf, jpeg or email option.It's a solid option for an occasional, paperless user who needs to print/scan once in awhile. My old workhorse HP toners couldn't sit between uses without drying out. For this reason the purchase met my needs.

I love the size compared to my previous printer. Looks brand new. Set up was easy and worked well with my Chromebook. Download the HPsmart app to your phone first, set up or log into your hp account, register and set up the device (make sure you are already connected to the same wifi as what the printer will use and have your phone’s Bluetooth on), once the printer is set up you can run a test print from your phone. Next went to my Chromebook and went to Network Settings, Advanced, printers, and my Chromebook was already seeing the hp device so I had to save it. Hit CTRL P selected the hp printer from the drop down and that was it. Much easier than I thought it would be. So far so good, happy I bought this.

I had a Deskjet 3772 All-in-One and after about 5-6 years of constant use, the feeder mechanism stopped pulling paper down. I was VERY happy with it.From what I can tell, this 3755 is identical except for the color and it also takes HP 65 ink cartridges.This thing does it all. Print, copy, scan, B&W and Color buttons.For less that a hundred dollars, it is the perfect budget printer.
