Doesn’t fit. Early 90’s Mexican Strat. I’ve just about decided that Fender has a different trem bar size for every year model. I’ll just toss it in the bag with all the others that don’t fit.

The wammy bar would not screw into my guitar. Don't know if it is a stripped hole on the guitar. I use a tap to give threads to the saddle hole and the bar was installed but perhaps the threads needed to be metric. Oh well YMMV, other than that it appears to be OEM.

This is NOT a 3/16" diameter shammy bar, but rather a larger M6 (6 mm) which will not fit a 3/16" (4.76 mm) bridge. Other customers have given similar feedback. Description needs changing.

I've played guitar for 5+ years and have used many many whammy bars. This one is by no means bad. I actually quite enjoy playing with it. The price is more than reasonable and the build quality is fantastic. The only thing that a buyer should be advised of is that the bar is angled up and towards the low E string slightly. If this is something you don't want, I would look further. However, if this is what you are looking for, or you don't mind either way, I strongly recommend this whammy bar!
