Amazon Brand - Solimo Sport Sunscreen Lotion, Formulated without Octinoxate & Oxybenzone, 8 Fluid Ounce

My wife and I needed some reef-safe sunscreen for a recent Caribbean trip and I bought this Amazon brand to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised how easily this lotion applied without the sliminess or stickiness that some other reef-safe sunscreens have. It soaks in quickly and we didn't get sunburn, so I count this as a great product, especially for the low price!

Love the feel of these sunscreens. They are reef friendly, reasonably priced and they work. Glad I found them this summer

Smells great, and good product

I have a love/hate relationship with sunscreen. Since I have sensitive skin, I burn easily and really need to use sunscreen. Using it on my face has been the big problem. When I use chemical sunscreens, it bothers my eyes. When I use sunscreens with Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, I look like Casper the Ghost. Sure, I can go with the top of the line brands that don't turn my skin so white, but they cost a fortune if you use it every day.Another thing I don't like is that higher SPF lotions are usually heavier when you apply them. I have been using Eucerin Daily Hydration Lotion with SPF 15 on my arms and neck. It is not heavy and actually protects well. It also effects my eyes, so I don't use it on my face.I have found some real gems and some disappointments when purchasing Amazon Brand products. What I always find though, is a bargain price. Since this does not have Octinoxate & Oxybenzone, I thought it was worth a try.This is surprisingly light weight for SPF 30. Best of all, it doesn't hurt my eyes. The protection seems to be a good as others I have found. Because of the bargain price, I can use it every day. I have finally found my every day face sunscreen. What a surprise.

Effective sunscreen. Does not make your skin feel greasy. Love that it’s coral reef safe. Bought it fir our vacation to the Caribbean.

sun burn not, good for the money

This is a very nice sunscreen. It rubs in nicely, and doesn't stay white on your skin like other "reef safe" sunscreens tended to do in my experience. It also wasn't oily/ greasy on my skin. I took 1 bottle to Hawaii for 8 days, and it lasted 2 women the whole time, with a lot of snorkeling and reapplying, and I still have some in the bottle. I am assuming the "reef safe" claim is true as we saw nothing dying or dead in the spot we snorkelers every day 🤣🤪

I was so happy I found this. It's not greasy it goes on like lotion and soaks in so you don't have that sticky sunscreen residue. However about a week after I started using it every place that I had been using it broke out in hives.Thankfully they didn't itch but they were definitely there for about a week. So unfortunately my skin didn't like it as much as I did. 😔
