Q: cant it be screwed to the body of car, if not what sort of glue is used so it does not fall off or can be plucked easily

I am sure it can be screwed to the car however, the adhesive used is very durable. I have had for over two years and it has not fallen off.

that's a great question. for me at our club some times we auction this off and so those proceeds go back into our local budget. I really don't know anything about this particular seller. hope this helped
