Best multivitamin I've found and I have tried so many brands of plant based multivitamins. I noticed a difference in how I feel within a week and the only change was switching to Codeage. I told a couple of my Drs and they switched as well and actually told me at my next appt that they are recommending Codeage to their other patients. It really is a significant difference!

I have been taking for about a year as recommended by a friend. I found improvement in my joint pain and brain fog.

This is absolutely my favorite brand of multivitamin. It literally provides everything, it makes me feel really good, and I can always tell by my energy level if I forget to take them, which is not often! I love that the ingredients are organic. Although being fermented, the taste is gross, but bioavailability is excellent. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I have been taking these multi vitamins for over a year and have not had any issues with them. My nails grow super fast and are strong. My hair has more volume and is long, and my Vit D deficiency is gone. I supplemented with an additional Vit D3 because I needed to be at 90mcg for the deficiency, but now I don't need to. I wish the pill also contained Iron, this I have to take separately. I love that it has L-lysine, Zinc and pro-biotics and digestive enzymes as well as mycelium extracts. My energy has been hard to track due to other conditions, but this is one of the most complete multis I've found on the market that has pretty much most of what I wanted and the awesome herbal/vegan extras.My only complaints are that they are quite pricey, wish you could buy in bulk at a reduced price. That there are 4 pills needed to get the daily dosage. There is always 1 extra pill left even though it should be 120 capsules (thanks tho? Lol) and with my most recent shipment, the color is drastically different, and I haven't seen this variation in the last year. I will reach out to the brand and see if there is a new formulation and keep an eye on any side effects if they should occur.

First off, these are phenomenal vitamins. Extremely comprehensive and some of the best ingredients you can find these days. I’ve used them for at least a year now and suddenly in the new shipment I received I noticed the formulation is a lighter color (not a big deal) but the capsules now have an AWFUL flavor to them. Truly gag-worthy. I have to chase them with something flavored so the taste doesn’t linger. It’s like fishy plastic I don’t even know how to describe it. You can smell it as soon as you open them. I hope they go back to what they used before! 99% sure it’s the capsule itself. Otherwise, great vitamins!

There were two pills that were smashed so the bottle was full of powder - every pill covered in it. The packaging also doesn’t match what’s advertised. I’m not sure if I trust this company anymore.. not to mention, my stomach has been in terrible pain since started the new bottle. I haven’t had any issues with the previous bottles I ordered from their website, but this one has been nonstop pain and discomfort. DO NOT ORDER THIS THROUGH AMAZON unless you want to risk feeling like you need to use the loo every 30 minutes.

Energy level, quality, and effectiveness seem to be legit. My family brought this, and she felt energy pretty good multi-vitamins!

I like how this multivitamin is relatively inexpensive compared to other multivitamins; I also like the various vitamins, minerals, and other supplements that it contains; however, I cannot get past the taste of the algae. I tried for a couple of months and by the third month, I just couldn’t force myself to continue to take it. Maybe some people will find it easier to take these than I did. As far as the effectiveness of it goes, hard to tell…I haven’t noticed much difference with taking it and not taking it. Also, my energy levels were about the same with or without it.
