No it does not come with paint.

Rather small model, only approximately 9 inches long.

Ok, sorry its been a while since I ordered that. I got it for my ol' man(huge fan)...anyway, he said no, that he bought enaml paints and a krazy glue gel...and stole one of my nail files, he said the pieces are conected and you have to file smooth some of them after you pop them free.
