Warped keyboard and return took longer than it should have

Ordered as "like new" but the keyboard was warped and not really usable. Set up return immediately and shipped off a couple days later. Amazon had it for several days but never updated so I had to contact them to update and issue my refund (kind of a hassle and I shouldn't have had to take the extra step).Other than the keyboard, it seemed in good shape and would have been nice to use.

Solid Business Laptop

I work as in IT and use one for work. Our team deploys these machines a lot for clients. Screen is bright, design is solid. The only real downside to them is that the battery is internal and it takes a technician to replace them. That said, they are worth the money.
