I've been taking Berberine for a long time for blood sugar control, but I started with this one and upped my dose to two/day. Last time I had blood work done, my total cholesterol dropped from 225 to 185 and my LDL, which has been a problem for years, dropped to right on the high normal line. I don't take statins. If you are pre diabetic, this product is for you. It really works, My blood sugar went down with a diet adjustment and exercise. I also believe the product did what it was supposed to do which was to lower my blood sugar.

This pill is hella strong, which is good. I’m pre-diabetic and I normally take just bitter melon. I took one of these and my levels dipped too low so I had to eat a piece of candy. I think this is great for people with high diabetic numbers.
