These work as they are supposed to but be careful when inserting them in the soil as they are breakable, although I was still able to use the one I broke—don’t use the bottle to push on them like I did :o

This is a fantastic product! Works well to keep our planters hydrated when we’re out of pocket for a few days. We did receive one (1) damages cup- which I shipped back to be exchanged, but can’t get an update- nor is there a way to contact the seller. That’s kind of frustrating. Hoping the replacement cup is headed our way. Once received, we plan to purchase another set!!

These were too big for my potted plants so I didn't actually use them. However, the quality seemed good. I just needed a smaller version.

I purchased both these as well as the globes found on Amazon to keep my plants watered while we were out of town. These are so much easier to fill than the globes since you essentially are filling up a wine bottle with a bigger opening at the mouth, whereas the globes have a much smaller opening which also tends to get clogged with soil.The only problem with these is that one broke on me on the first use just by trying to insert the full wine bottle. So now I'm extra careful with the rest, but am nervous about the longevity of the rest of them.I still prefer them over the globes!

Nice idea, but the plastic piece doesn't stay attached to the terra cotta. I have eight of these. Six separated at the adhesive line. Naturally, it was just after the return window closed.

Light weight which is gentle for my potted plants. It’s neat to see how much my plant drinks in a day or two. I never realized how I was under watering until I see the amount of water I go through in a weekly basis. I’ll be ordering more to share the love

We had to leave town on short notice. Ordered this knowing that Amazon would deliver quickly. They worked like a charm, and I don’t have to worry about my plants while we were away.

I bought two of the Hydro cups and as I can see I am not the only one who has experienced broken cups.Of course one of the cups broke in June and the "always free return" as promised on this page stopped on May 31st for me. It seems that during heat the glue of the head is melting and this causes the stake to break because of the weight of the water pot on top. I am somehow betting on the second one which is working so far but I won't expect it to hold for a long time.So much about lying on the page and poor quality. I normally would expect more from a German company with a US subsidiary than this kind of quality and service.
