Perfect for supporting my injured knee on the golf course. I suffered a tear to the medial meniscus in my left knee. My physical therapist showed me how to tape it up for support and to minimize the pain. Vigorously rubbing the tape for a few seconds after you have applied it improves the adhesion. I will buy again.

This tape is pricey but the only tape I've found that works so well. I have a recurring shoulder injury and went to physical therapy for months. Saw my therapist use this tape enough that I felt comfortable taping myself when it flared back up again a year after I was discharged from PT. Not a cure, but along with PT exercises and rest, this tape really helps protect sensitive areas (in my case a shoulder that didn't want to stay in socket)

As a PT, I use this on hundreds of clients. It provides stronger mechanical pull than any other tape I've tried. The other kinesio tapes are perfect for decompression, swelling, or facilitation/inhibition, but this can do all those plus McConnell, posture-correct, mechanical muscle-assist (hamstring strain, quad tear rehab, supraspinatus-assist elevation, etc.Less than 5% of people have tape sensitivity to this. It stays on for 2 to 6 days depending how sticky the person is, then loses its pull after 6 days. Best tape for a strong pull - thank you Dynamic.

Overall, the tape does its job; however, be aware if you have sensitive skin. My daughter had blisters when the tape came off.

I may be getting older, arthritic knee and all, but I still like to think I'm "cool." This kinesiology tape works just as well as the non-fashionable kind that looks like it came out of a first aid kit, but ups your game.My knee feels a lot better if I give it a bit of support and the "sleeves" were getting to be a bit much. This physiotape is perfect. Applied correctly it'll stay on for a few days, just pat dry after showering.YouTube is great for finding the specific ways to apply for whatever is hurting.Highly recommend and will buy again.

This tape is great at providing support and stability to muscle strains. The more I use it the more uses I find for it.

I am using this as a Dexcom sensor adhesive tape cover. My sensor needs to stay on for ten days and the adhesive That comes on the sensor can’t last that long without curling and becoming gross. That is why most people with diabetes use an extra piece of skin tape to help it staying on longer. The sensor costs a lot of money so they need to stay on. I love this tape and so far it is working better than all the others I have tried including the ones that are designed for Dexcom. All I do is cut out a rectangular shape, remove the backing, and place around the sensor. Super easy and way more cost effective. After my showers the area does NOT feel wet and the tape does NOT hold water, so my clothes stay dry. I also LOVE that the product came in a tin can instead of plastic!!!! This is a huge plus because as a person with diabetes I already feel as though I am creating a lot of packaging waste.

Edit: added a pic of second application, it ended up starting to lift after an hour. Surprised the reviews for this are so good. I will unfortunately be sending it back. I took off the rest of the stars because it starts falling off very quickly every time I've used it. I can get several days out of a KT tape application.Put on last night, went to bed, woke up to it lifting. I'll try it again but I don't recall ever having this problem with KT tape
