The stated height is wrong...(as of June 25 2020)
The retracted length is 10-1/4", extended : 20-1/4", that is from the center of the welded mounting ring. The cranking is quite slow when lifting; mount it where it can swing up once the leg clears the ground and there won't be much cranking. It looks well made although a bit "loose" overall; but I think that would be the norm. Make sure the mounting location will allow lift the trailer off the vehicle when raised or you will need a block to go higher.

So easy to use
If you hook up and unhook from your trailer often, like I do, then you can appreciate how easy this jack is to use. Pull the pin and swing it up or down, spin the handle a few times and away you go. Can't say anything about how long it will last, but it seems very sturdy to me. You are going to like this one.

Wrong dimensions
The height stated in the description is no where close to being accurate. It is much shorter than stated. Unusable for me.
