Yes. P13 is the correct size for the Swifty DLX 9.5. The tunnel circumference is 44.5 inches and can be adjusted to much smaller waist sizes.

The TrueFit series in the Perception line is designed primarily for touring and recreational kayaks and is not ideal for white water. I would recommend the "Inertia" skirt in our Dagger line which is a neoprene spray skirt specifically designed for white water. The cockpit dimensions on the Whip-It are 34" x 19" which calls for a size "Large" deck. You would just need to review the sizing chart and determine which waist/tunnel size you need (XS/S, M/L or XL/XXL).

Most likely the P13 as it will fit a cockpit of 56” X 24”. One thing to note is with the sprayskirt on, you will have a hard time getting to the console at the front of the coaming in case you are using it for your fishing stuff. The skirt will cover over it.
