Not very good
Bought to serve with a beef tenderloin that was slow cooked in the oven. Rather than make my own, purchased this Bearnaise sauce. There were six of us and no one liked it. I was hopeful it would be good and would have order more for future meals. I personally would not recommend, but it might resonate with others.

WONDERFUL DELICIOUS AND A LITTLE TASTE FROM HOME
This is one of the items from Belgium my husband misses. Now that we can get it on Amazon he has a little taste from home and it pairs nicely with his steaks and many other items.

Too lemony tasting.
The sauce was very lemony (for us). Added some sugar!

Despite reading the bad reviews I really liked it!
It did LOOK like tartar sauce it did not taste like it, the tarragon was strong in this one. I do recommend it. I ordered another company at the same time and ended tossing that one from the smell alone. I would getthis one again, was able to use the jar three times.
