Used it for years to keep my coffee and tea warm! It keeps liquids warm for up to 12 hours, if not scorching hot. It’s so good I bought a 2nd cup to keep my baby’s formula water in it at night so I don’t have to keep going back to the kitchen again and again. Fill it around 11, and the water is still quite hot when I use the cup at 3, and is still warm or lukewarm when I use it at 8. It’s very sturdy, and has enough storage capacity for a whole 8oz and more, I’d say around 12-14oz. Color doesn’t flake away, I have black and white, black has been with me for 4 years and it’s only given way to the steel where I once dropped it in the underground very badly. Otherwise, keeps taste consistent of the liquid and is solid enough that the seal doesn’t let anything leak!

It’s nice. It holds a mugful of liquid and keeps fairly hot for an hour or two. I like that it is a mug from which you can drink.It is my fault - I thought it was like a thermos flask and would keep hotter longer.

It does it's job, pour hot water in and it doesn't leak. Stays hot at least an hour (haven't left it long enough to see how long it actually stays hot).

Very easy to use, good heat preservation effect, and the lid is tight and will not leak out.

This cup leaks from the screw cap whilst drinking through hole which results in liquid (coffee) running down the front of one’s throat and onto clothes. Am most disappointed and waited too long before trying it out to return it. Some customers are delighted with it and some are not! I would suggest buying a more expensive and therefore reliable cup. Otherwise a nice cup. The leak obviously means that the drink does not stay hot for more than an hour.
