Fresh, fragrantly rich scent that keeps drawing me to it... & my rabbit likes it too!
I Love the characteristically Beautifull Orchard scent which surely speaks of the freshness of which i am impressed that "Small, pet select" uniquely values.I am looking forward to experiencing the fragrance of the Timothy hay!I have tried many hays & have not purchased any that, like this one' seems like it has Just been picked & dried yesterday.It is good to have a variety of hays & the great quality over quantity of this purchase of Orchard hay, I would imagine reflects on the smaller than average size of bag... But..... I also imagine that it wouldn't take much of it to liven up a less fragrant hay.So the quality & diversity when mixed with other hays that maybe less palatable to your small animal is something to consider.... Or even the possibility of the beginning of adequate hay eating for an animal that's not been too keen up to now... but "Could" possibly find this irresistible.

Orchard grass hay
Delivery was great, it came in a resealable air tight bag and was a good amount for me. I did read some reviews where people had mentioned there being bugs and I hoped that wouldn't be the case. However I opened the bag to check the texture of the grass hay before freezing it and immediately there were a few bugs flying around my kitchen. I have frozen it now so it should be fine once I take it put the freezer. There were some slightly sharp bits of grass but the majority of it was soft.

Great for gerbils
Great for gerbils! Good soft hay and very minimal dust and small peices that could upset their respiratory systems. Fast delivery as well!

Great quality
The .34kg bag comes in a silver, resealable bag ensuring the hay stays crisp. It smells very sweet and flavourful. When you run your fingers along it, you can feel the ridges and it hangs on to the skin, which is perfect for grinding down my rabbit's teeth. Unfortunately, she just doesn't like orchard hay despite it being very fresh.

Have only ordered it once but my chinchillas couldn’t munch it fast enough!

Not worth the money
I got this for my 4 rabbits as I was waiting for my Welsh hay to come it would not feed them in a day.. I use Welsh hay off eBay for my bunnies it’s the best hay for them you are definitely getting ripped off buying this orchard hay it’s not worth it.

smells so fresh
I purchased the orchard hay for my rabbit as all the pet shop hay never smells fresh and is always so dusty. My rabbit therefore won't eat it. I purchased the orchard hay and it smells so very fresh and my little rabbit was eating it before I could get the hay out the bag and in the hay rack lol. I will deffinately be buying from small pet select again. I highly recommend
