It's much smaller than most patterns!I would have appreciated an A4 size pattern - not a 'half-size version'.Having said that, it REALLY IS a beautiful design - the little pillow/cushion is a bonus, although I wouldn't normally use those for babies that are young enough to require a shawl. However, they are great for staging a photograph with a baby :-)!

Pattern instructions are A5 format, too small! No spaces between instructions for individual rows, easy to lose your place.I'm an experienced crocheted and was ok when I got the hang of the Pattern, the pattern itself is very nice, but prefer a full sized Pattern, set out properly, will avoid this brand next time I'm looking for a Pattern.
