Worked great for my drive
It worked great in the car for my drive. I used 3M double sided tape to attach a metal plate and used a magnetic vent mount in the car. 4 stars because the cigarette adapter plug had a broken fuse on arrival and I had to replace it.

Maybe for some but not for me
This looks great, but it’s just a charging port/base, one you unplug it the radio is dead, it doesn’t hold charge. If you plan to used a handheld for a mobile radio, and plan not to move it, you can used it. But if your car turn of, and there. Is not power to the radio, then it’s no good for you.

Good battery replacement
I really should buy a 20 watt box but I decided to be cheap and use my pocket radio in the car, a little two watt to 5 watt thing and it's good enough and this battery is great. I just turned my car on and the radio turns on and off I go
