Perfect Repair Kit - Make Your Glasses Better!
The included tool was perfect! The puffy, soft nose pads feel wonderful. It's amazing spending hundreds of dollars to get glasses that have nose guards so hard they give you headaches and leave painful red sores. Not anymore! I got this kit to repair a missing nose pad but ended up replacing the other nose pad because it was so hard! No stickiness, perfect size, clear color isn't noticeable, and very durable. You will get more than your money's worth with this repair kit.

Sturdy, SOFT nose pads are a great replacement for hard, uncomfortable factory pads
My latest pair of glasses came pre-installed with two obviously cheap, low-quality nosepads that were both (a) made of rigid, too-stiff plastic, and (b) so poorly molded one of them had a sharp edge(!). Not very surprisingly, one of them developed a tear in the ring around the retaining screw and broke off, so less than a month after I got the frames I ended up having to salvage the pads from my PREVIOUS glasses to install in my new pair. Those were much better-made, but still uncomfortable and they have a tendency to irritate the skin on the bridge of my nose, so immediately after making the temporary repair using my old pads, I also placed an order for these. The kit consists of a generous supply of both nose pads, a new retaining screw for each and every pad, and a small keychain screwdriver. The screwdriver is worthless. Don't even screw (no pun) around with it. I'm not kidding. The moment you open the package, just take out the screwdriver and throw it directly into the recycling bin. It's not what you're buying this kit for. You're far better off investing in a good, full-sized jeweler's screwdriver that fits comfortably in your hand.Actually, if your current glasses use slotted screw heads, you'll need two screwdrivers. The screws that come with the kit are all Phillips-head, which is MUCH more convenient. Since you get one screw per pad, honestly I recommend always replacing whatever screw was previously installed with a brand new one from this kit, every time you install one of the pads. Especially the original slotted screws, pull those out right away and chuck them into the recycling directly behind the cheap "screwdriver". The screws that come with the kit are very good, the only reason not to use them would be if they don't fit your frames for some reason. The pads are even BETTER. They seem strong enough not to tear with normal use (at least in my experience so far), despite not being made of solid plastic like all of my previous pads. These are actually hollow, with a center air cushion that gives them a springy softness I can only describe as "pillowy". It makes for unquestionably the most comfortable fit I've ever gotten from any pair of glasses.Skin irritation and even occasional blisters are (at least so far) no longer a problem. And that's something that, after pair after pair and year after year using cheap, uncomfortable factory pads, I'd convinced myself was just a normal side-effect of wearing eyeglasses.

Good, but thick
So these I feel, are a really great value for money. You get more pads and screws than you'll probably go through in a decade, and you get an eyeglass screwdriver. The only downside is how chonky these pads are. If you have a slightly wider bridge like i do, then you’ll really have to adjust your pad placement. Other than that, they’re really comfortable and you can tell that they’re NOT going to slip off your face. I feel like the hand of god is keeping these things on my face now and only a swift right hook from mike tyson could get my glasses off my face.

Easy and Fast
It works and it's easy! First time I have bought this type of item and I didn't have to struggle to attach them. Super comfortable and saved me from buying new glasses. I even put on the piece without having to wear my glasses! LOL

Excellent product, comfortable and good quality.
Excellent! It helped me a lot to improve my glasses and feel them more comfortable. Very easy to put on the glasses having the right tools. I like that come with several pieces in case it's time to change them again after a while. I recommend taking them out every now and then and cleaning them well since they get dirty.

Helped with glasses sliding due to sweating
My problem - glasses slide down my nose, to not get them to do that i have to tighen the nose bridge pieces so tight it hurts.Solution - bought these. These work really well to stop my glasses sliding down my nose (due to excess sweating) without pinching to the point it hurts. These add a little bit of comfort but not a lot. As the piece you bit on is harder then it looks. So not a lot of cushioning effect. Its not awful and they are slightly softer then the nose oiece that came with the glasses.I wear my glasses for astigmatism so mainly when Im in front of a computer to help eyestrain and headaches.Im not 100% sure how these would fair if i had to wear my glasses all day every day. But for those who only need to wear their glasses occassionally I feel these get the job done. Makes them slightly more comfortable and they don't slide down my face (where glasses sit I almost instantly start sweating the second it gets covered it's annoying and makes all glasses (reading and sun) just slide constantly.

Happy with purchase
Thank you to all reviewers for such good information. There sure are plenty in the package. I was able to install the nosepieces in minutes. I was surprised as I can be rather “thumbly”. I worked over a glass topped table to be able to locate the screws when dropped and outside with good light. 4 stars as I agree they are a bit thick. Comfortable though. The glasses were purchased online so I could not get them fixed elsewhere.
