I gave this 5 stars even though I did have one concern with it. I was looking for fun items for my grandchildren to use when they came to visit me in Florida. (I flew round trip to KY three times during July to bring one down to Florida, take him/her back home and bring the next one down). My five-year-old grandson loved this scratch art. At first his hand would get very tired, but I showed him he did not have to scratch the pictures so hard. He brought these with him during a doctor's appointment I had and it definitely kept him busy. The only negative is the product covering the blank pictures made a bit of a mess on the floor and his lap. But I suppose that is only natural since you are scrapping the product off the page.

These are great for children to use while traveling. Even my older children enjoyed it!

Loved these for my 6 year old! We got these for a plane ride to Disneyland and let me tell ya they were amazing. They kept his attention on the plane, in restaurants, even in the park waiting for the rides. My two year old was not interested in them at all but my 6 year old could not get enough of it.

Bought for road trip. Not sure I’ll ever be able to vacuum out all the waste that comes off when these are scratched on. Kids loved them, which may just forever show in the valleys of my vehicles upholstery

This was a HUGE HIT with my 5YO daughter on a recent trip, and even the 11YO cousins wanted to try it out. She was able to use this in the car, the airplane, and the hotel room and every design gave us 10-15 minutes of quiet :) It's small enough to fit in a purse. It does cause little "flakes" to fall everywhere when you scratch off the surface to reveal the design but this isn't a deal breaker for me. I plan to have one of these available for every long trip.

I think my toddler would enjoy it more if the tip of the pencil was fatter. You have to work really hard and be determined to uncover the picture, but my toddler just doesn't have the patience yet. It is a cute idea though.

Great option to keep my 4 year old distracted during long trips or flights. Good quality activity scratch book.
