I have been researching the benefits of probiotics. I found out in order to reap the full benefits of probiotics you need to buy a product with 30 Billion CFU's and numerous strains of cultures. I began researching various products and found this one on Amazon with great reviews. I ordered this product and have been taking it for three weeks now. I have been thrilled with the results!!! I have various health issues I am trying to conquer and this product has helped me tremendously!!! 1) I have type two Diabetes and have problems with my blood sugar levels. After being on this product for two weeks my morning blood sugar level has dropped into the best range I've had since being diagnosed and is within the normal levels! I'm looking forward to my next lab work to see how my A1C level has changed. My doctor wanted me to start taking a new Diabetes medication and I wanted to find a natural way to lower my blood sugar without taking a new drug on the market. 2) My stomach and abdomen look and feel less bloated and my bowel movements are regular. 3) I have had a lot more energy and mental focus since taking this product. 4) I have had less cravings for soft drinks and junk food. 5) I have lost about three pounds so far without working out so I'm excited to see what my results will be whenever I resume my exercise routine. I am VERY SATISFIED with this product and would recommend it to anyone, especially those with health issues!!! After I had been taking this product for three weeks Island Miracle contacted me and offered me a free bottle to review their product; I told them I had planned to do this anyway to help inform anyone else with my health problems but I'll be happy to get the free bottle!

First, let me say that I have no outside incentive to write this. Nobody has contacted me and I didn't receive a free bottle or anything like that.I've struggled with digestive problems my whole life. At different times I've tried no less than 6 probiotic products not counting various yogurts. This last round of really bad constipation I went online to amazon and looked at all the products. There are so many - who can believe any of it. So, I tried 2 of them - two of the better looking ones more or less randomly. I consider it very fortunate that this just happened to be one of the 2. within a week I was doing much better and losing weight. After a few weeks I stopped with this one to try the other one. Not good - I quickly returned to this one and again felt better after a couple of days. I've been on this for about 6 weeks now and it has literally changed my life. I take 3 a day on a totally empty stomach.Now, let me add this: My elderly mother who has also suffered from chronic digestive problems her whole life is now taking this stuff with very very good results. This really adds to my being convinced about this stuff.I've now also tried several other products just to test them. This is the one, although I would like to use another product to add more strains of the little critters.I should note that I strongly suspect that for me anyway, the number of strains is a critically important issue. This is a good one in that regard.I am also concerned about how this product holds up. Is there degradation over time. How will it do when shipped in the heat of summer. I refrigerate it even though it says you don't have to do that. So, we'll see about all of that.I'm not saying that it necessarily will work for everyone - maybe it just matches up with my conditions. But if I could give 6 stars, I would.

I have taken probiotics off and on for years. I worked and managed a health food store several years ago so I know about probiotics and I know that it is real hard to find a product that has all the good bacteria in it that it claims to . Light and heat and time kill the bacteria that is supposed to be in a supplement. So I was very interested to try this product. I have been having a lot of trouble with bloating and gas and I know my intestinal bacteria is out of whack. Also I have learned that when you begin to take probiotics regularly that it is easier on you if you start out with a low dosage and work up to a maintenance higher dosage. So I began using another product which is a lower dosage and then I tried this probiotic and I am only taking 1 capsule although it recommends 2. I have to say that after taking 1 capsule for six weeks I have noticed great Improvement with my bloating and gas problem. I will soon start taking two a day and we will see how I do with that. I feel like this is a good product and believe it must contain a good amount of the bacteria that it claims to because I have gotten quicker and better results taking the Ultra 30 than I have from any other probiotic I have taken in the past.

Does smell but it’s expected as they are literally germs but helpful good germs pro(biotics). Keeping the silica packet inside helps keep the smell low. They were very easy to swollow as they are in capsule form meaning much easier than tablets and plus they are small in size about a dime coin size. Would advise if taking the two as it says, recommend serving amount in product google on other hand just says needs about 1-10bil not 30bil in body. Did take the 2 capsules to better adapt and kill off my bad bacteria in body but notice in that month usage of extra gas and air. So slowed to taking only 1 capsule and extra gas lowered and guessing also depends on body weight and adaption/capacity. In all the month and a half usage so far, did notice easier and faster bathroom usage! So really great in taking the probiotics of Ultra-30 Vita Miracles for keeping bathroom #2s faster and easier.

I have used this probiotic for a couple of years and have been so pleased! I have it on Subscribe and Save but the last two months they have been out of stock for awhile. Does anyone, who loves this brand, have a good alternative to use when they are out of stock? I didn't love what I picked up at a local store.
