Way more than I expected, Awesome product...
The Black Widow 400 lbs. Tow hitch carrier, was excellent in quality and detail... Everything went together perfectly, way past my expectations. They also have an improved stabilizer, which is way better than what was on earlier version. Very Impressed...! Great product for the price, simple easy, gives someone the ability to transport their bike or motorcycle to your destination, and enjoy your time there. 👍👍

Well made.
Seems well made and was fairly easy to put together. Used it today and it worked great. It has a heavy steel piece that keeps it from tilting that you attach.

Very good overall, but just needs some small improvements.
The hitch assembly itself is great. It seems very strong, it's light, and the pricing is a great value. There are a few improvements I would recommend.-The ramp isnt very long and if you have a tall bike it can be difficult to get it up the ramp without leaning the bike a bit to reach the bars to get enough force to push it up the steep ramp. The problem with this is that the ramp is not very sturdy. It can handle a vertical load well, but as soon as there is horizontal loading the ramp will bend. If you make sure to keep the load vertical you wont have any problems.-The cross bars are v-shaped, so if you have your tires aired down for offroad the bar at the rear of the front tire will dig into the tire too much for my liking. I'm going to solve this by wrapping the bar with some hose and then I will zip tie it.-It has the ability to tighten bolts where it attaches to the hitch to keep the assembly from rocking all around over bumps, but those bolts loosen up after a little while. I'm going to get some nuts to add to them to lock them in.-Reflective tape would have been nice on the back. I'm going to add some.-Since the front tire is much thinner than the channel it can allow the handle bars to rock back and forth a little while driving. I recommend pulling the front tire all the way against the rail and then adding a small strap around the tire and rail to keep it tight.-Overall a very good product.

Great Motorcycle Carrier
I compared this exact carrier across many websites and if you have prime this is the best price you're going to find. It comes disassembled obviously and it is not very hard to assemble and requires minimal tools. It has a very robust powder coated steel frame, and aluminum used on non-essential parts such as the ramps. I have used it a number of times with a Honda 250x (280ish lbs) and a CRF300L (310ish lbs) and it has worked great. Roads used on consist of winded backroads, washboard dirt roads, at around 60mph. There wasn't a moment that seemed sketchy or I thought any of the bikes were going to fall off. The hitch stabilizer does a really good job of facilitating this. The attachment points for the tow straps are perfectly positioned and work great. Overall it has done great, no complaints on any aspects of this product. If you are on the fence, just buy it.

Great product for the money.
Wanted to give a quick update after reading a lot of the reviews then assembling.Package had one small tear, but no damage to the carrier. Two key items after reading a ton of other reviews.1. They have updated the hardware. Many reviews said it came with low grade bolts and not nylon locknuts. Mine came with grade 8 bolts (except note below) and nylon locking nuts. So had no need to upgrade them. Both the steel and aluminum welds look good and thorough (not just tack welded) except the rear tire round bar was welded in way crooked, but doesn’t seem to effect function.2. I would highly recommend not using the stock ramp mounting system unless you modify it. The two tiny bolts are low grade and in my opinion way too small in diameter. If you are sticking to only pavement it may be fine, but it will not hold up on dirt roads and especially on washboard. Just toss the ramp in the vehicle.

Great Product
The only thing I can complain about is how long it took to ship. Of course I live in Hawaii, so first world problems over here. As for the product its self… Amazing. It holds my KTM EXC-F 500 like a Boss. I was concerned about the quality because its from China. However, welding was good, holes lined up like they should, and instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s extremely lite and easy to mount. Ramp works great, holds solid during loading and unloading. Tie down points are well positioned and holes are large enough for my KTM straps. My jeep is lift on 35inch tires so it’s a good thing I’m tall. Getting my bike off the hitch is a challenge. Yet again, another first world problem.Overall quality is great and well worth the money.

Does what I wanted it to
I use this to long-haul my KTM 500 around behind my Jeep. It's easy to get the bike on and off of and so far I haven't noticed it leaning at all from the weight on it. I really like how stable the bike is on it and, aside from seeing it in my mirrors, it is easy to forget the bike is back there.Installing it onto the Jeep is easy, the aluminum makes it light enough to carry with one hand. Assembly was very straightforward as well. Packaging is just fine. The parts weren't flopping around in the box loosely and nothing was bent or broken when it arrived. If it comes with some scuff marks, who actually cares (aside from that one guy in the video)? It works great, bike stays where you put it., scuff marks or not. Hands down, I'd buy it again, I'm very satisfied with it.My only complaints: I wish it had two tabs to clip to on the back part of the frame instead of one; I use carabineer type clips on my ratchet straps and it's a bit tight for two in there. I also like to run one through the frame on the Nike but with it's current configuration, I usually end up connecting a strap to another strap: no bueno. One on either side of the frame would be nice. One on either side and one on the top as it is now would be awesome. I'm also not super crazy about the way the ramp secures to the frame when not in use. The studs where the ramp mounts could be 1/4" longer to make installing it a bit easier. Make sure not to crank down on the first wing nut before getting the second wing nut on.
