Got this phone for my daughter, And when you make a call, receive a call or are in video chat you can't hear the other person and they can't hear you because it sounds like there is a fan running in the background. If this problem can be fixed id give it a 5 star rating. Phone arrived fast and looks really good. Contacted the seller and they will not exchange the item for a new one. They want to refund it then make me pay $50 more than I originally paid because the upped the price since I bought it 3 days ago. So now I have to figure out a way to get the phone fixed with really no help from the seller. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this seller! Very disappointed!

The phone came in excellent condition, even came with a charger. Phone works great and is a great upgrade from my older model.Downside: phone will not stay charged! Had it on the charger all night long, woke up the next morning and my phone was only on 62%. Spent $24 on a new charger and same problem

So far, I've had no troubles. I like how it arrived with a screen protector already so I don't have to go out and get one. It also came with a charger but no adapter, which is OK because the charger is what I need the most. I'm going to set it up through my phone carrier today and hopefully there won't be any problems, but I'm really enjoying it so far! I only got it bc it's black lol.
