Excellent product. Takes a little bit of getting used to but really helps keep spine & hips in good position to relieve pain/discomfort when sleepingon your side. Design is perfect, it stays put and the material soft.

Im a side sleeper 45y/o 97kg, last few years my back pain is just getting worse, I did go for physio but don’t do enough of their exercises. With this my lower back pain is gone, like its black magic or something like;simple truth. I cant put the strap on around my leg as it irritates me but ill make sure it stays where it must as im not changing my side sleeping and dont want the back pain back. This really works. Value for money:Its really worth the money.

I am amazed at this product was suffering so bad and since buying this I ve had no sciatica use it every night and find it very comfortable after the initial few days of getting used to it . It really really works can’t recommend it enough ! Especially if you are a side sleeper it’s made me so aware of how I was sleeping and why I was getting so much pain fantastic !! Works well, and it stays put for me. The size is also great, not too big or small - just right! Wish it was just that little bit firmer. It feels like it has helped with supporting my alignment when I sleep on my side.My friend has a more expensive one, and I think hers is slightly firmer, but I wasn't willing to spend £35 on a knee pillow I wasn't sure would help.This one does the job and it's a more accessible price

For the last few months I have had excruciating paint in my right hip whenever I slept on that side. I concluded that my mattress probably wasn't giving me the support I needed. But before splashing out hundreds my eye was caught by ads for this type of cushion which adverts claimed could get rid of my pain. For the price I thought it was worth a try, though I was very sceptical. I've now used it for three nights and for three nights running I've had no pain. I can't remember the last time I had no pain overnight, let alone three consecutive nights. It worked for me, it might work for you. For the price it's definitely worth a punt.

This is the best thing I've bought in a long time. It's helped my sciatica so much, been using for a week and made a difference with sleeping and because it keeps your legs apart through the night, it helps the next day.

Excellent customer service response after my initial review which was as follows:"Six months after purchase and not so great as the foam has split in half. It is only being kept together by its cover. First impressions were great. It was comfortable and made a difference to my back pain. The design works well. I would expect it to last longer though and question the quality of the foam."I have since been offered and accepted a new replacement free of charge. It seems to be fine and does the job nicely.
